We are currently offering award for the following types of sites:

Please be aware that The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) says that we need parental consent before we can collect information from children under 13, as we have no way of confirming any consent given, only webmasters who are 14 years or older can apply for our awards. Also, we believe that sites submitted should have a level of maturity and that webmasters under this age tend to quickly lose interest and will neglect their site.

Any information that is collected will only be used in relation to our awards program and not given to any third parties. If you win, your site's name, URL and possibly also a banner will be added to the appropiate award winnders page. If you lose, no information about you at all will be added to any page controlled by My Realm.

Your email address will only be used to correspond with the sender and will be considered private information. It will not be made public or shared with others unless the webmaster receives permission from the sender to do so.

The Sci-fi Domain and it's sub-sites (including, but not limited to The Red Dwarf Domain) do not use cookies for collecting or storing information collected about you.

Whenever a user requests a page from a web site, information about the request is automatically stored in a log file for statistical and fault-finding purposes. This information includes the IP address, the time and date, and the type of web browser being used. The information does not contain the user's name or email address, since the user's browser does not provide this to the server. We look through statistics from these log files to learn about how visitors are using the content on the site and to reallocate resources if need be.
